Overview
Onin Staffing is currently seeking reliable and hardworking candidates to assist a client in Roxoboro with field labor, specifically picking up corn stalks and bundling them. This role is 100% manual labor and outside.
- Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- $19.23/hour
- Hours may extend based on task completion
- Schedule is weather-dependent (no field work during lightning or severe storms)
- Start date is ASAP, though weather conditions may delay the start by a few days
What you'll be doing:
- Pick up corn stalks from the field
- Bundle and stack materials as instructed
- Work efficiently outdoors and stay on task throughout the shift
Skills and Experience
What we'll be looking for:
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Reliable transportation (carpooling is allowed, as long as work can continue if one person is absent)
- Strong attendance—must be on time every day
- Positive attitude, upbeat demeanor, and willingness to work diligently
