Overview
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for safely setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery to support the company’s manufacturing processes. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Skills and Experience
Operate and control manufacturing machines according to established procedures.
Set up machines for production, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and ensuring proper operation.
Monitor machine performance and product output for quality and consistency.
Perform basic troubleshooting and notify supervisors of equipment issues.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Inspect parts and keep production records as required.
Assist with team communication and production goals. (Typical duties based on similar machine operator roles.)
