What You’ll Do as a Services & Technical Support Manager:
- Provide technical support to dealer network via phone, email, and in person.
- Conduct dealer and end-user training (hands-on and classroom)
- Interpret and manage Technical Bulletin campaigns
- Assist with product development and performance improvements
- Develop and maintain training manuals and presentations
- Support parts department with technical applications
- Respond to “Ask the Expert” technical inquiries
- Warranty Administration
- Sales Support
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (technical or college education preferred)
- Minimum 4 years shop or field service experience
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and water systems
- Diesel engine experience
- ASE Certifications (preferred)
- Warranty administration experience
- Customer service experience (minimum 2 years)
- Comfortable with public speaking and training delivery
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
- Class B CDL preferred
- Clean driving record
- Passport or ability to obtain one
- Willingness to travel extensively as needed
