What You'll Do as a Bandsaw Operator:
- As part of a 5-person team, you’ll work together on the Optimax system, which includes (3) bandsaws and (1) trim track.
- Perform lifting, pushing, and pulling pallets through the bandsaw
- Separatie deck boards from stringers to disassemble pallets
- Feed boards through the trim track to be cut to proper length
- Identify pallet specs (what qualifies for the bandsaw vs. what gets stacked aside)
- Follow all safety policies
- Please Note: This is a physical, active role—perfect for someone who likes to stay moving and work as part of a tight-knit production crew!
Skills and Experience

- Experience operating bandsaws in a fast paced manufacturing enviornment
- Ability to safely lift and handle pallets repeatedly
- Willingness to learn and consistently follow pallet specifications
- Strong teamwork mindset
- Commitment to safety and consistency
