What You'll Do: Recruiter (Staffing) Bilingual
- Making phone calls
- Documenting in internal system
- Posting job ads
- Organic recruiting (job fairs, networking, referrals, word of mouth, flyers, community outreach programs)
- Digital recruiting (online advertising, facebook networking, social networking, using online tools to identify talent)
- Interviewing
- Organization
- Calendar
- Data Entry
- Google Office Suite
