Inside Sales Representative

Overview

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer calls, assisting with billing inquiries, product questions, order status, service issues, and general account support. 
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and a solutions-oriented approach. 
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions. 
  • Collaborate with the management and sales teams to stay current on product offerings, pricing, promotions, and industry updates. 
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, shipment updates, and lead times to ensure a positive customer experience. 
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to retain accounts and drive repeat business. 
  • Accurately document customer interactions, orders, and follow-up activities in company systems. 
  • Contribute to company revenue goals by maximizing each customer interaction and consistently delivering value-based sales solutions.

Skills and Experience

  • 1-2 years sales and customer service experience. 
  • Team-oriented professional with strong character, integrity, and a service-driven mindset. 
  • Reliable transportation to and from the office. 
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. 
  • Ability to confidently present products and services and handle objections. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. 
  • Proficient with Windows-based operating systems and basic office software
