Shift schedule:
- Rotates weekly between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM shifts
- 12-hour shifts, 4 days on, 2 days off

Work Experience
Position: Dry End Operator
Responsibilities:
- Measure and inspect all finished products for quality and specifications.
- Prepare shafts for production runs, ensuring proper setup.
- Load shafts onto the production table accurately.
- Maintain precise records of materials processed, utilizing both computer systems and manual logs.
- Print and organize tickets for finished products.
- Verify that the PID ID number is correctly recorded at each shift change.
- Input and verify recipe data in the computer system for the production line.
- Ensure the production line is properly threaded and set up for operation.
- Remove shafts from completed products, handling with care.
- Load and measure cores onto prepped shafts as required.
- Clean rolls and other equipment as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Cut and prepare samples for laboratory analysis and documentation purposes.
- Weigh and record samples accurately.
- Gather and organize all necessary supplies required for each job.
- Dispose of waste materials appropriately at the end of each shift.
- Perform cleaning duties, including sweeping, to maintain a tidy work environment.
- Support all phases of cleanup to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Follow supervisor’s instructions and assist with other tasks as directed.
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Adaptability to temperature variations, from hot to cold conditions.
- Frequent contact with water or other liquids.
- Work in humid environments with high moisture levels.
- Exposure to noise levels that may be distracting or require hearing protection.
