What you'll do as: Production Associate
- Assembling wooden crates, pallets, and skids
- Measuring and cutting lumber accurately
- Inspecting materials for quality
- Loading and securing products inside crates
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Experience reading measurements and drawings
- Previous use of power tools and hand tools
- Attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Have effective written and verbal communication in English (Spanish bilingual preferred)
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
