Overview
Key Requirement: Experience with PackManager (Nulogy) is strongly prioritized, as it is the primary system used to manage our production lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide production line staff, ensuring safety and quality at all times.
- Plan and organize workflow to meet production schedules.
- Train and motivate team members, fostering internal growth.
- Verify inventory, lot codes, quantities, and pallet accuracy.
- Accurately manage and record production data in PackManager (Nulogy).
- Collaborate with supervisors and support staff to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience with PackManager (Nulogy) – key requirement (Preferred but highly valued).
- Previous experience leading production lines (kitting experience preferred).
- Strong math skills for counting, lot code verification, and inventory checks.
- Computer proficiency and ability to work with production systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Preferred.
