As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in the production process, assembling products according to specifications, inspecting components for quality, and ensuring completed items are packaged correctly for shipment. This role contributes directly to meeting production goals and maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.
Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components according to production specifications
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality and consistency
- Operate hand tools and basic machinery to assist with assembly
- Package finished products and prepare them for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members and production supervisors to meet daily production goals
- Report any equipment issues or product defects to the supervisor
Qualifications
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
