What you'll do as: Equipment Maintenance Technician
- Identify, report, and address equipment defects or maintenance needs
- Perform light repairs, painting, and preventative maintenance as needed
- Assist with special projects that may require basic construction or maintenance knowledge
- Following safety procedures while handling tools
- Assist with regular cleaning and inspections of restrooms, break rooms, offices, and outdoor areas
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Have the ability and willingness to cross-train and support others
- Have knowledge of safety procedures when using tools, including saws and basic equipment
- Have strong customer-service mindset in supporting internal operations
- Spanish-English bilingual ability is a plus and supports team communication
