- 1st Shift Monday - Friday from 7AM - 4PM

What you'll do as: Customer Relations Specialist
- Processing orders, updates, and changes
- Handling customer inquiries via phone/email
- Problem-solving for complaints and shipping delays
- Coordinating with warehouse staff for accurate fulfillment
- Maintaining customer interaction records
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Previous experience in order management
- Customer service experience in handling inquiries and complaints
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
- Experience in coordinating with warehouse staff
