Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to lead our client’s Quality Assurance department. This role is responsible for managing QA personnel, ensuring compliance with quality standards, overseeing investigations of quality issues, and driving continuous improvement in a production or printing environment.
- Monday to Friday.
- Pay rate: $65-70k/yr.
- 1st shift- 7am to 3pm.
- 2nd shift - 3pm to 11pm.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supervising QA Technicians, including training, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Leading customer complaint investigations, root cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions.
- Writing, revising, and managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Organizing and conducting quality meetings and internal audits.
- Collaborating with department supervisors to resolve ongoing quality concerns.
- Supporting company-wide compliance with quality assurance procedures and safety standards.
- Managing special projects and quality improvement initiatives.
Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing or printing environment.
- Hands-on experience managing QA teams, conducting internal audits, and interacting with customers and vendors regarding quality matters.
- Demonstrated ability to lead root cause investigations, implement corrective actions, and manage quality documentation and SOPs.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills—able to write and present reports and interact professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficient in statistical concepts, data analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
- Comfortable interpreting technical instructions, procedures, and regulatory documentation.
- PC literate, with the ability to navigate spreadsheets, documentation systems, and email platforms effectively.
- Has worked in a CGMP environment before.
- Familiar with AS400.
- Familiar with ISO9000.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
