Overview
The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals are met safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. This role supervises employees, equipment, and materials, coordinates with production, quality, and maintenance teams, and provides hands-on leadership on the production floor. The Production Supervisor assigns personnel, monitors performance, resolves production issues, and supports employee training while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

- Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production operations
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role preferred
- Experience working with production schedules, job orders, and staffing assignments
- Experience coordinating with quality control and maintenance teams
- Experience training, coaching, and supervising production employees
- Experience in safety compliance and incident reporting preferred
Shift
Monday thru Friday w/rotating schedule
- 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM, ½ hour for lunch, from 2:00 AM to 2:30 AM
- 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM , ½ hour for lunch, from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM
- 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM, ½ hour for lunch, from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM
