Overview
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Shipping & Receiving. The main functions of this role are to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company’s inventory, receipt and storage of raw goods. $26/hour!
• Supervise and coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities.
• Ensure accurate documentation and handling of incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Maintain inventory integrity through regular monthly audits.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Support staff operational procedures and safety protocol.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
• Maintains logbook to record inspections, maintenance, and any issues encountered
Skills and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ Years experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in leadership role
• Strong understanding of shipping/receiving procedures • Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motive a team in a fast-paced environment Warehouse Lead
• Forklift certification and experience preferred
