What you'll do as Cold Storage Warehouse Worker:
- Manually load and unload freight in a cold storage
- Stacking and storing merchandise
- Picking orders for shipment
- Labeling and sorting freight
- Working independently
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as Preferred Candidate:
- Previous experience working in cold storage or similar type role
- Reliable, consistent performance in extreme cold conditions
- Ability to adapt quickly and stay positive
- Comfortable working solo or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength (lifting up to 50 lbs. or heavier items with team lift, walking, & standing in the cold)
- Must be okay working in deep freeze (–20°F to –30°F or below)
