Overview
-Set up and operate CNC and/or manual press brake machines.
-Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
-Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
-Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate bends and angles.
-Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
-Handle raw materials and finished parts safely.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area.
-Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
-Perform basic machine maintenance and report issues.
Skills and Experience
-Experience operating press brake machines (CNC or manual).
-Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Knowledge of metal types and thicknesses.
-Basic math skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Physical ability to stand, lift, and handle materials during shifts.
