Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction. You will coordinate with department heads, process orders, handle customer inquiries, and help resolve issues efficiently while contributing to a positive team environment. You must have a background in warehouse logistics.
Skills and Experience
Proven customer support experience
Ideally in a warehouse or distribution setting
Strong communication
active listening and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with CRM systems
Practices: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Positive attitude
Adaptability and a people-oriented mindset
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift materials up to 50 pounds occasionally
MUST have a background in logistics
