What You'll Do as a Manufacturing & Production Worker:
Depending on your skills and interests, you may work in one or more of the following areas as this new facility ramps up:
- Pick, pack, and prepare athletic apparel orders with speed and accuracy
- Operate or assist with advanced robotic picking systems
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet brand standards
- Support kitting and uniform packaging, including direct-to-athlete shipments
- Operate stand-up forklifts (for qualified operators)
- Assist with inventory movement, labeling, and order staging
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
- This facility brings all athletic apparel operations under one roof, improving efficiency while creating long-term career opportunities.
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and move throughout a shift
- Attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Willingness to learn new technology and processes
- Reliable attendance and a team-first mindset
- Warehouse, manufacturing, picking/packing, or forklift experience is a plus
- Forklift certification is a bonus
