What You'll Do: Waterjet & Laserjet Machinist
- Set up, operate, and maintain waterjet and laser cutting machines
- Program machines using CAD/CAM or machine-readable files
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality standards
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Proven experience as a machinist with waterjet and/or laser cutting equipment
- Hands-on experience with CNC programming and CAD/CAM software
- Strong understanding of waterjet and laser cutting principles
- Experience using precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
