- Ability to stay on your feet for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Previous event, banquet, or restaurant experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are equally valued
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain clean, polished, and organized event spaces before, during, and after events
- Clear tables, glassware, dishes, and service areas quickly and efficiently
- Support servers and bartenders to ensure smooth, timely service for all guests
- Assist with setup, table resets, and post-event breakdowns
- Stock service stations with linens, silverware, napkins, and other event necessities
- Communicate effectively with the event team to anticipate needs and solve problems on the fly
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
