Overview
This is an excellent opportunity to learn and support the full lifecycle of custom fiber optics assembly, inspection, and testing. This role directly contributes to the rapid expansion of products used in:
- AI data centers
- Industrial applications
- Federal and military programs
Candidates will work on-site at the Richmond, VA facility and will receive hands-on training across multiple stages of production to ensure high-quality custom fiber optic solutions.
Location: Richmond, VA - Cable Plus USA
Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (On-site)
Breaks: 1-hour lunch + morning and afternoon breaks
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and apply inspection specifications for each product type.
- Conduct inspections using interferometers and integrated microscopes.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards for each custom assembly.
- Generate inspection reports for finished products.
- Troubleshoot and apply corrective actions for assemblies that do not pass inspection.
- Support overall production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
