Onin Staffing is hiring for multiple Cherry Picker operators to accurately gathers, packs, and prepares customer orders from warehouse inventory, using scanners and equipment, building pallets, wrapping them for shipment, and potentially operating forklifts, all while maintaining a safe, organized area and ensuring order completeness for timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Locate, pick, and verify accuracy of items for customer orders.
- Palletizing & Shipping Prep: Build pallets, wrap orders securely, and position them at loading docks.
- Inventory Management: Restock shelves, perform cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, and potentially forklifts.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Documentation: Keep records of completed orders and process paperwork.
Skills and Experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse technology (scanners, systems).
- Good time management and teamwork.
- 6 months of experience
