What You'll Do: Accounts Receivable Clerk
- Processing customer invoices
- Verifying sales order packets
- Communicating with customers and sales team regarding billing, collections and other A/R issues
- Prepare and distribute sales reports
- Maintaining accounting files
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- AT LEAST 1 year accounts receivable experience
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
