What You’ll Do as an Order Processing Specialist:
- Work with the manager to make sure every customer order is packed and processed correctly.
- Count the items in outgoing orders to prevent any mistakes.
- Use a computer system to record the counts and paperwork for the shipments.
- Take pictures of the finished pallets before they leave and save them to the system.
- Gather documents to help fix and challenge any charges from customers who claim there was an error.
- Help keep track of how much product, both physically and in computer system (SAP).
- Performs Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Three to five years warehouse experience required.
- Occasional lifting boxes and moving pallets and cartons up to 25 pounds
- Must be okay with sitting for extended periods of time
- Basic Microsoft Office Skills
