Overview
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing professional, timely, and accurate support to customers in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage customer orders and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and administer customer contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company requirements.
- Process, update, and maintain customer orders using internal systems and software applications.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide order status updates.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other software programs to complete daily tasks.
- Identify and solve problems related to orders, documentation, or customer requests.
- Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and report preparation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support smooth customer operations.
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of customer interaction or customer service experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Experience with contract review and administration preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; ability to learn additional software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
