Full Job Description
Onin Staffing of Statesville is seeking a dependable and detail-driven Inspector to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting garments, graphics, and materials to ensure all products meet company quality standards before moving to the next stage of production. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys accuracy-focused work, staying organized, and contributing to a high-quality apparel operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect garments, heat-transfer graphics, and finished products for defects
- Verify correct placement, alignment, and quality of applied transfers
- Measure, record, and document inspection results according to company standards
- Identify and separate defective products for rework
- Maintain organized inspection stations and follow all quality procedures
- Communicate quality issues to supervisors and production team members
- Support team goals by assisting with prep or production tasks when needed
- Follow all company safety and cleanliness standards

- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
