Overview
Ōnin Staffing is seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Technician to support maintenance operations at our Distribution facility in Fairfield, AL. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong mechanical and electrical abilities and a proven background in industrial maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Maintain and repair conveyors, motors, forklifts, and material-handling equipment
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
- Respond quickly to maintenance calls to support productivity and minimize downtime
- Follow all safety standards and ensure a clean, organized work environment
Skills and Experience
Qualifications
- 5+ years industrial maintenance experience (multi-craft preferred)
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment preferred
- Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
- Safety-driven mindset and strong attention to detail
