Overview
A Maintenance Helper assists maintenance technicians and supervisors in performing basic repairs, inspections, and upkeep of buildings, machinery, or equipment. This role provides hands-on experience and training in general maintenance.
Skills and Experience
Assist in routine maintenance and repair of equipment, tools, and facilities Perform basic tasks such as cleaning, painting, replacing light bulbs, or fixing minor leaks Maintain tools, parts, and supplies in good working order Follow safety procedures and report potential hazards Support senior maintenance staff with preventive maintenance tasks
