Overview
Ōnin Staffing is seeking motivated Robot Operator for a fast-paced auto parts warehouse. In this role, you will work with advanced robotic equipment and assist in high-volume order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy a combination of hands-on work, technology, and organization.
- 1st shift:7am to 3:30pm.
- Pay Rate: $17/hr/
- Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain automated packaging machinery; troubleshoot and resolve jams or minor mechanical issues.
- Fill boxes with the correct car parts at a high pace, ensuring accuracy in every order.
- Feed cardboard and other materials to the machine to keep production moving smoothly.
- Pull orders from the computer, print labels, and prepare correct boxes for teammates to pack.
- Identify car parts from inventory racks for daily production.
- Rotate between manual and automated positions as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Skills and Experience
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Computer skills are required for order processing and label printing.
- Attention to detail is critical for accurate part selection and order fulfillment.
- Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift boxes and materials as needed (physical demands outlined below).
- Bilingual - Spanish/English preferred.
