What You'll Do as a General Laborer:
- Manufacturing Concrete Products: You will be directly involved in the creation of essential concrete items such as durable cinder blocks, versatile bricks, and robust concrete pipes, crucial for various construction projects.
- Maintaining Equipment: Ensuring the efficiency and longevity of our machinery is key. You will be responsible for cleaning the concrete mixer machine thoroughly after use, preparing it for the next production cycle.
- Assembling Components: An important part of producing quality concrete pipes involves precisely placing rings into the pipes, ensuring their structural integrity and functionality.
Skills and Experience

- Ability to work outside in a Construction Environment
- Physical Stamina and Strength: The role requires repetitive lifting, carrying, and other physically demanding tasks.
- Reliable Transportation: The ability to consistently arrive at various job sites on time is crucial.
- Strong Work Ethic and Reliability: A consistent attendance record and a commitment to completing tasks efficiently are highly valued.
- Team Player Mentality: The ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Basic Safety Awareness: An understanding of general construction site safety practices and a willingness to adhere to all safety regulations.
- Have the ability to work overtime as needed
