Full-Time | Train on 1st Shift for First Few Weeks
Full Job Description
This unique schedule allows you to work three long shifts and enjoy four full days off every week — perfect for family time, personal projects, or extra rest.
We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player who can operate slitting equipment safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Job Duties
- Operate wide-web roll slitting machinery
- Follow SOPs and technical instructions from supervisors
- Load and unload rolls safely
- Ensure accurate roll labeling and documentation
- Inspect materials visually and physically for quality standards
- Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow all health, safety, and housekeeping procedures
- Meet daily and weekly production targets
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Work Environment
- Moderate noise environment
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, reaching, kneeling, and crawling
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Requires close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Skills and Experience
What You Need to Succeed
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, SOPs, and procedure manuals
- Solid reasoning skills to follow written, verbal, or diagram instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Forklift operation may be required (training provided)
