Overview
Coordinator supports daily warehouse operations by coordinating shipping, receiving, inventory control, and documentation processes. This role ensures that products are accurately received, stored, and distributed in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining compliance with company procedures and safety standards. This role is ideal for a bilingual professional (English/Spanish) with a strong background in logistics and trade zone operations.
Skills and Experience
Requirements:
- In-depth understanding of logistics operations and supply chain workflows
- Familiarity with trade zone regulations and compliance procedures
- Experience coordinating shipments, inventory, and warehouse activities
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse teams and clients
- Excellent phone etiquette: courteous, clear, and efficient verbal communication
- Strong email etiquette: professional tone, grammar, and responsiveness
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong reading skills and the ability to quickly understand written instructions and documentation
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
Qualified candidates will be required to complete:
