Skills and Experience

Job Requirements:

Welders:

  • Experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and safety

Warehouse Associates:

  • Organize, store, and manage inventory
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
  • Prior warehouse experience a plus but not required

Forklift Operators:

  • Forklift certification preferred (we can provide training)
  • Experience with lifting and moving materials
  • Strong focus on safety and accuracy

Shipping/Receiving Clerks:

  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
  • Ability to handle paperwork and data entry
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Machine Operators:

  • Experience operating machinery and equipment
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain equipment

Assemblers:

  • Experience with hand tools and assembly tasks
  • Ability to follow assembly instructions and blueprints
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control

Shop Helpers:

  • Willingness to assist with general tasks around the shop
  • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
  • No experience required – we’ll train the right person!

Maintenance Technicians:

  • Experience with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment
  • Preventative maintenance and emergency repair skills
  • Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools
  • Safety-minded with a proactive approach to equipment care

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Read tape measure 
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Basic math and measurement skills - including fractions and percentages 
  • Forklift certification (for forklift roles)
  • CNC or machine operation experience (for machinist roles)
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
