Skills and Experience
Job Requirements:
Welders:
- Experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and safety
Warehouse Associates:
- Organize, store, and manage inventory
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Prior warehouse experience a plus but not required
Forklift Operators:
- Forklift certification preferred (we can provide training)
- Experience with lifting and moving materials
- Strong focus on safety and accuracy
Shipping/Receiving Clerks:
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
- Ability to handle paperwork and data entry
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Machine Operators:
- Experience operating machinery and equipment
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain equipment
Assemblers:
- Experience with hand tools and assembly tasks
- Ability to follow assembly instructions and blueprints
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control
Shop Helpers:
- Willingness to assist with general tasks around the shop
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- No experience required – we’ll train the right person!
Maintenance Technicians:
- Experience with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment
- Preventative maintenance and emergency repair skills
- Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools
- Safety-minded with a proactive approach to equipment care
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Read tape measure
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and measurement skills - including fractions and percentages
- Forklift certification (for forklift roles)
- CNC or machine operation experience (for machinist roles)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
