Overview
Responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members.
- Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests
- Process customer orders/changes/returns according tot he established department policies and procedures
- Manage and maintain all emails that arrive to CS group - responding within 15 minutes to all communication and taking appropriate action steps for problem resolution
- Answer all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner while ensuring appropriate next steps are initiated
Skills and Experience
- One year minimum (two preferred) of previous CSR experience - a plus if in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of MS Suite
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required
- Punctual and communicative
