Skills and Experience
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or warehouse operations
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or production schedules
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely and efficiently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Time management and ability to meet production or shipping deadlines
- Basic computer or scanner knowledge (for shipping/receiving documentation)
Experience:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in manufacturing, quality, or warehouse roles preferred
- Experience with shipping/receiving, order picking, or forklift operation is a plus
- Quality inspection or production line experience highly desirable
- On-the-job training provided for motivated candidates with a strong work ethic
