What You'll Do as a Paint Helper:

Assist experienced Painters with prepping aircraft parts and assemblies
Mask and demask parts to prepare for painting and inspection
Set up workstations with parts ready for painting and priming
Link paperwork to completed parts for quality control and inspection
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

High school diploma or GED
Previous painting experience in an industrial setting is REQUIRED. Candidates with a background in automotive or manufacturing will also be considered if you do not have aerospace experience.
Ability to read, write, and understand English
Comfortable working around loud noise and chemical substances in an industrial environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, kneel, or bend for long periods, and wear a full-face respirator
