What You'll Do as a Roll & Fold Operator:
- Keep production running smoothly by rolling, folding, inspecting, and packaging materials.
- Roll large material rolls (35–50 lbs)
- Work with teammates to roll and fold cut materials
- Inspect materials for quality and consistency
- Bag, crate, and label materials per specifications
- Rework materials as needed to meet quality standards
- Build boxes and prep materials for shipping
- Assist with other general labor duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Ability to lift and move 35–50 pounds regularly
- Able to stand for 12-hour shifts (Friday–Sunday)
- Comfortable with bending, crouching, and repetitive movement
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
