What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator:
- Operate and monitor production equipment efficiently and safely
- Load equipment repeatedly with raw materials
- Perform multiple tasks simultaneously on various machine operations
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness during each shift
- Assist Maintenance with troubleshooting and equipment diagnosis
- Complete hourly paperwork and production logs accurately
- Support QA/QC Technicians with samples and documentation
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and promote a safe work environment
- Identify non-conforming materials and report to the Line Supervisor/Lead
- Follow all company policies, including GMP and PPE standards
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- High School Diploma or GED (or related work experience)
- Basic math, typing, and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 25 lbs repeatedly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to cross-train on multiple machines and processes
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
