We are seeking a dependable and motivated On-Site Supervisor to oversee weekend operations for our 4th shift. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels in communication, organization, and ensuring production and staffing goals are met. The On-Site Supervisor will act as the primary liaison between the client and Ōnin Staffing, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive experience for all teammates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support all Ōnin Staffing teammates on-site during the 4th shift (weekends).
- Ensure attendance, performance, and safety expectations are consistently met.
- Conduct check-ins, track time and attendance, and communicate updates to management.
- Resolve teammate questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain communication with client leadership regarding production goals and workforce needs.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and coaching of new hires.
- Uphold a safe, clean, and compliant work environment following company and client policies.
- Complete end-of-shift reports and handoffs for weekday management teams.
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a lead, supervisor, or coordinator role (manufacturing or warehouse preferred).
- Strong communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to lead by example and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Basic computer skills for attendance tracking and reporting.
- Reliable transportation and commitment to weekend shift schedule.
