Overview
1st Shift: 4:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Thursday (with occasional overtime on Fridays and Saturdays) – Inclusive and diverse work environment • Exposure to innovative medical technologies What You’ll Do: As a Medical Assembler, you will: • Assemble precision medical device components • Operate specialized equipment in a cleanroom or controlled environment • Follow detailed work instructions and adhere to strict quality standards • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area As a Medical Device Inspector, you will: • Perform activities such as receiving, inspection, packaging and labeling and quality testing • Inspects manufactured tubes and supplied materials for conformity to standard, specifications, and processing requirements • Perform visual and tactile inspections for flaws and gels • Take accurate measurements using various inspection equipment such as ruler, micrometer, height gage, pin gauge and vision system • Ensures equipment is calibrated and within tolerance • Assist extrusion technician by performing on-line inspection during production • Assist with the filing of production and quality documentation
Skills and Experience
Experience • Prior experience in medical device assembly or Inspection • Working knowledge of FDA regulations and compliance standards • Understanding of cleanroom procedures and protocols • Proficiency in basic computer applications • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
