Overview
Coordinating/Overseeing the production line operation to meet daily schedule,with 5-10 line associates Fill in for supervisor when applicable Ability to learn how to operate all machines on production line and completing applicable paperwork Fill in on machinery for breaks and lunches Ensure all food safety procedures and policies are met Other duties as assigned Must be able to effectively document production throughout rates and line staffing, maintaining accurate record keeping.
Skills and Experience
3 years experience in food/beverage production /manufacturing environment 3-5 years leading a production team within the food and/or beverage industry Minimum of 3 year of experience in a lead or supervisory role Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures Ability to collaborate effectively with others in the spirit of common objectives.
