What You’ll Do as a Picker/Packer
You’ll be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders to ensure customers receive the right products on time.
- Pick products using RF scanners or pick tickets
- Verify item numbers, quantities, and descriptions for accuracy
- Pack and stage orders in totes, bins, or boxes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report inventory issues to supervisors
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
- Assist with packing, restocking, and cycle counts
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous warehouse or picking experience (preferred, not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
