This is a catch-all role that combines general labor, forklift operation, and light administrative duties. If you’re adaptable, reliable, and bilingual, we want to hear from you!
Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- General Labor: Load, unload, and organize inventory in the warehouse.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, including stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks.
- Administrative Support: Assist with basic office tasks such as data entry, paperwork, and communication.
- Client Communication: Serve as a bilingual point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients and team members.
- Flexibility: Support various departments and shift between roles as needed.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
Work Experience Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience (within the last 12 months) operating stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, or reach trucks — outdated experience will not be considered.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must pass E-Verify and a background check.
