Overview
Ōnin Staffing is hiring a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients and internal teams. In this role, you’ll work closely with Account Executives and customers to process orders, provide accurate quotes, manage inventory, and support sales operations.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: $ Mon – Fri, 19–$20 per hour
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account Executives and customers to understand needs and ensure accurate system setup
- Provide product quotes, including technical research to ensure compatibility
- Handle inbound sales calls, order tracking, sourcing, and customer reporting
- Enter and manage sales orders in CRM and Great Plains systems
- Provide updates on order status, back-orders, and shipping
- Manage open order reports and reallocate inventory as needed
- Work with purchasing to procure inventory and support customer demand
- Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Assist in training and mentoring new customer support or sales team members
Skills and Experience
- 2–3 years of continuous experience in sales or sales operations
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Familiarity with Microsoft Great Plains and CRM systems (preferred)
- Background in IT or technology is a plus
