In this role, you will be responsible for mounting, dismounting, and balancing tires in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do as a Tire Mounter:
- Mount and dismount tires on wheels using mounting machinery
- Inflate tires to the correct pressure specifications
- Inspect tires and wheels for defects or damage
- Balance tires for optimal performance
- Load and unload materials and products
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Skills and Experience
The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
- Ability to operate tire mounting and balancing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- A team-player attitude with a focus on safety
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
