Overview
We are looking for a dependable Warehouse & Delivery Associate to deliver and install furniture and mattresses, maintain our warehouse, and support our team with inventory management and customer service. This is a temp-to-hire position with full-time benefits for permanent employees.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and install furniture and mattresses safely and professionally
- Operate a box truck (clean driving record required)
- Maintain warehouse and truck organization and cleanliness
- Accurately load/unload merchandise and minimize damages
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
- Learn product line, inventory system, and proper labeling procedures
- Provide courteous and professional service to every customer

Skills and Experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Clean driving record; able to drive a box truck
- No felony convictions (misdemeanors reviewed case by case)
- Able to work Mon–Sat within assigned hours (max 5 days/week)
- Must relocate to Mooresville, NC prior to start
- Comfortable in a 100% smoke- and vape-free work environment
