Overview
Ōnin Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Inbound Lead for a 3rd party logistics warehouse in North Jacksonville, FL. The Inbound Lead will play a key role in overseeing inbound operations, including loading/unloading, case picking, replenishing, and clerical tasks.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily inbound operations including:
- Loading and unloading freight

- Picking cases and replenishing pallets

- Completing clerical tasks related to inbound processes

- Provide leadership and direction to a team of warehouse associates
- Assign daily work schedules and monitor associate performance
- Train new and existing associates on procedures and best practices
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
- Communicate work expectations clearly and effectively to the team
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain legible and accurate records/logs for all inbound activities
- Review documents prepared by team members for accuracy and completeness
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback or escalation as needed
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience (small or large group)
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
