Overview
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and safety-focused Production Team Lead to oversee daily operations on our 1st Shift at our processing facility in Duncan, SC. The Team Lead is the critical link between management and the production floor. You will be responsible for the safety, quality, and efficiency of your assigned shift team and production line.

What You’ll Do as an Team Lead:
- Oversee the operation of the sorting machine and ensure all processes run smoothly.
- Monitor workflow to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Ensure team members follow safety protocols and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production, downtime, and issues.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving minor machine or process concerns.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members as needed.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous Team Lead experience preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, support, and motivate a team.
- Experience operating or overseeing machinery in a production or warehouse environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues quickly and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with both team members and management.
- Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
