Responsibilities:
* Transport welding components to assigned workstations in a timely and secure manner
* Collaborate with inventory and production teams to guarantee parts availability and minimize delays
* Maintain accurate documentation of parts delivered and received, ensuring records are up-to-date and easily accessible
* Inspect components for any damage or imperfections prior to delivery, addressing any issues promptly
* Assist in arranging and stocking welding supplies, maintaining a safe and organized work environment
* Comply with safety procedures and company regulations consistently, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and others
* Notify supervisors of any discrepancies or concerns, proactively addressing potential issues
* Provide support to welders and other production personnel as needed, ensuring efficient operations
* Operate material handling equipment safely and effectively, adhering to best practices
* Engage in clear communication with team members to ensure seamless operations and productive workflow
Qualifications:
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
* High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment an asset
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
